Need help installing 5.4.2.1 upgrade

Hi all,

I need some help in upgrading to 5.4.2.1 version of Concrete 5. I'm not much of a PHP programmer so explanations are much needed in fixing the following errors when I try to upgrade...

Warning: copy() [function.copy]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /homepages/30/d391362920/htdocs/cms/concrete/libraries/marketplace.php on line 85
Warning: copy(http://www.concrete5.org/download_file/-/29100?csiURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mashreviews.com) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /homepages/30/d391362920/htdocs/cms/concrete/libraries/marketplace.php on line 85
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/30/d391362920/htdocs/cms/concrete/libraries/marketplace.php:85) in /homepages/30/d391362920/htdocs/cms/concrete/libraries/view.php on line 791

How do I get 5.4.2.1 to install correctly?

basically, the first error is your problem. the others are side affects of the problem. What the error is saying is that your server can't download the latest version of concrete5. since this is essentially a server problem that affects c5, if you could let your hosting provider know and include the error I'm sure they can fix it for you.

So if I send them the first line which is the first error in my message and tell them that they need to fix it, they will you expect?
