Need help sorting out something with URL

Hello, OK I'm not quite a newbie, but I'm not a programmer, so please bear with me!

I've installed and built an awesome new site with C5 (5.6.3.3) using this URL : ecothentik.ca

while my old site was on another server at : ecothentik.com

Once the new site was ready to to be deployed, I asked my host to switch URL, so that ecothentik.com would go to the new site and ecothentik.ca would now point to the old site.

That was done and it seemed to work.

Now, after that, I've asked my host to redirect ecothentik.ca to ecothentik.com... And that's when certain problem seemed to arise...

Now I'm in the process of having a SSL certificate insttalled for "ecothentik.com", but when I navigate in my site, I still encounter some ecothentik.ca pages...

I've asked my host to terminate the ecothentik.ca URL. Delete it from my server, so I'll shall be using only one URL. But I wonder if I have something to do maybe in some config pages or something so to make it clear that my URL is, from now on, ecothentik.com???

Also, the SSL certificate was issued to this URL so whenever I get a ecothentik.ca address, I get a message from my browser saying that I don't have a certificate (which is normal because it was issued to ecothentik.com and not the .ca)

Can anyone make sense of all this, can anyone help me sort that out?

Many thanks in advance

P.

ok, so I found in Force SSLL a base URL config...

I was able to set it to the right URL that has my SSL certificate. So everything is good.

Sorry for all the fuss

Thanks
