New boy with block problems

I've moved my web site to a new host and have re-installed Concrete5 (in a sub-domain) and reloaded a backup of the SQL database, but every time I try to "Add Block", I get the following error:

Warning: require_once(/home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/packages/simplyclean/blocks/hero_vignette/controller.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 217 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/packages/simplyclean/blocks/hero_vignette/controller.php' (include_path='/home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/libraries/3rdparty:/home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/concrete/libraries/3rdparty:.:/usr/share/pear54:/usr/share/php') in /home/sites/heswallu3a.co.uk/public_html/news/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 217

The URL shown ishttp://news.heswallu3a.co.uk/index.php/dashboard/blocks/types/...

Also, clicking on Dashboard Block Types generates the above error.

I'd be grateful for any suggestions.

Further, if I click on Add Stack, the only option I'm given is "Side Nav".

Many thanks.

I've fixed this problem, but only by deleting everything (including the database), re-installing Concrete5 and starting from scratch again.
Its a good job I hadn't got very far with number of pages!
