No file found to render template with handle "full"

Hi everyone!
I moved a site which (ver. 8.5.4) from hostgator to linode, and when I try to reach the index it returns the following error:
No file found to render template with handle "full"
What can it be? I moved every single file, I don't understand why it says that a template wasn't found.

Did you move the database too? Yes!
Did you turn off and clear the c5 cache? No
Did you disable pretty URLs? No, because I couldn't access the admin website.
I'm gonna clear the cache, my question is, is it just delete the cache folder?
The other question is, how can I disable the pretty URLs without admin web access?

Clearing the cache manually (deleting ALL the content inside the /files/cache/ folder) made the website work again!
