No Place to log in?

I'm ver new to this so please excuse any incorrect terms and lack of knowledge.
I installed concrete5 and when I go to
mywebsite.com/index.php/login
(as in the email I was sent, directly from the link) there is no place for me to log in. Just my hosting service header/footer and a parked page.
Can anyone kindly help me?

It does not seem like concrete5 is installed, try installing concrete5 again, if it does not work, try contacting bluehost, as it is an issue on their end.
thank you. It shows as installed and the files are there.... Will ask bluehost.
and another silly question - it will not let me edit my post to remove the url....
