No slash before index.php

My site was working fine and I am not sure what changed or what I might have change. Now all of my links do not have a slash between the domain name and index.php. Where would I look to fix this?
ex:www.www.domainname.comindex.php... instead ofwww.www.domainname.com/index.php...
ex:www.www.domainname.comindex.php... instead ofwww.www.domainname.com/index.php...

Ok, this was in my default.php file. I am not sure why but before, in the previous version of Concrete5. I just had <?=BASE_URL?>index.php and now that does not work. Although it did two days ago. I had to change it to <?=BASE_URL?>/index.php.
