PHP Upgrade

I have a website for a local non-profit hosted on Dreamhost and last week they did a PHP upgrade and it crashed my site. According to them, it is something on Concrete5. I am fully upgraded and at a loss. I am looking for any help or ideas on what to do.

When you say fully upgraded, can you be more specific?

When I went into the settings to update, it said I was running the newest version at 5.6 something. Sorry for the bad discription.

I figured that but since it crashed I have no way to access anything to answer your questions. The only thing I know is my site is down and Dreamhost said its a PHP issue with my site.
