I have PHP 5.3.6 installed on my domain but when I try and open the site I get this message.
concrete5 requires PHP 5.3.3+ to run.
Do I need to downgrade to the older version of PHP?

What version of concrete5 are you using?
Do you receive the error when you try to install concrete5?
When you say you installed PHP 5.3.6, was this installed on a local server or on web host server?
A side note, for security and improved performance, a recommendation would be to use the most current supported version of PHP.
