php5.ini and Godaddy

Read most of the threads already.

Situation:

Followed Godaddy's installation instructions (http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/4675/manually-installing-concrete5-on-your-hosting-account?pc_split_value=2)

Somewhere along that path, I relaized that there was no php5.ini to edit as godaddy instructed. Eventually found out that I could simply add my own with the line "cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1" and so I did.

However, I am still getting this error at the install page: Concrete cannot parse the PATH_INFO or ORIG_PATH_INFO

Here's the link:http://angelsent.net/concrete5.6.1.2/...

I've ran out of ideas and could use some fresh ones

If there is a "php.ini" file in the same directory as "php5.ini" delete it. That solved it for me. Better yet, download it so you have a copy of it, and then delete it. Just in case.
