I am extremely sorry for taking your time like this. If you can kindly help me out, i will be really grateful. I have facing the following issue.
I will tell you stepwise what i did (I am running windows XP)

a) i installed wamp perfectly and it was working wonderfully
b) then i installed drupal on it (while installing i also created a DB named "Drupal")
c) with the DB and drupal it was working perfectly. (at this point i started learning drupal)
d) then my friend advised me to use Concrete5 as its better.
e) so i made another DB in phpadmin of wamp named concrete.
f) when i tried installing concrete5 on it. I got stuck at the installation page of concrete5. (during the installation, it asks for DB details, server - localhost) i put this and i was getting an error stating "unable to connect to server)
g) after that when i tried opening PHPadmin (I am getting 2002 error namely : Access Denied - no connection could be made as target machine actively refused it"
h) in order to resolve it , i have tried re-installing wamp, deleted drupal, concrete folder from www folder of wamp.
i) Even after trying all this i was unsuccessful in resolving the issue at hand.

Can you kindly let me know what can be the issue.
