please help! site broken after latest upgrade

PLEASE HELP! we recently uploaded to the latest version and we now cannot login to the site admin and the public site is broken! seehttp://www.chopandwok.co.uk

Hi,

Please check your site,php file locate into root/config folder and change the db credential.
