Problem with site in subdirectory

Hi, i did this http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/hide-the-... and well, with some modifications work.
My problem is that c5 don`t work anymore in edit mode, can't save and upload images in file manager.
Can somebody tell me if this how to works with version 5.6.3.1 please?
