Problems after Moving site to new Server

I am trying to help a local e-commerce shop who moved their site to a new server and then the ecommerce plugin stopped working about 2 weeks later and Started spitting out:
Coupon code expired.
Invalid coupon code.
It's currently running version 5.6.1 of Concrete5 and eCommerce - 2.8.9

I've scoured for solutions to this and haven't found anything.
It's also having an issue connecting to the community and I followed the guide to delete the 2 keys in the config table but even after deleting the cache a bunch of times it still won't connect. Not sure if the issues are related.
