Purchased add-on, but unable to install

Before I purchased add-on, I did not have an account with Concrete5 website, even though it seemed I had since it said in my Admin that my site WAS connected to community.
Before purchase I had to sign up, which I did, my signup login being different than my Admin login.
I made the purchase, money was cleared, and the purchase showed up in my new account. However, no "Project" showed up in my account. I checked forums, and everyone said you have to connect the site to Concrete5. I went back to my website Admin, but it still said that the website WAS connected to the community, and to click the Projects link, which I did, but had to login again. I logged in again, went to the Projects page, and still no listing. Circular and frustrating.
Perhaps, since this seems to be a big topic in the forum, dealt with up to the point I've already said, a more intuitive fix could be had?
I still have a purchase, and still cannot use the add-on in my website. Can someone please address this, even giving me another option, if possible?

I am not sure about any of the Project page stuff but I may have a solution to you getting the addon you purchased.
If you log into to the Concrete5 site with the account you used to buy the addon. Go to My Account/Transactions/Licenses you should be able to download the addon from there by using the Download Archive link.
Once you have done that you can unzip the addon and upload it to your /packages folder in your C5 install.
Then log in to your sites C5 dashboard and go to Add Functionality and you should then be able to see the addon ready to install.
