Purchased Themes, but project not linked to website

We are a non profit NGO trying to give our website a makeover at :
http://snehadharafoundation.org...

After creating a account at Concrete5 (Login id : snehadhara), we find that the theme is not available for use in Concrete5 at the website because the project seems to be linked to a wrong or obsolete account, possibly created years back by the original developer.

Is there a way to use the Foundation5 Theme I purchased with the website ? Or simpler still, link the website project above to the concrete5 account with login id : snehadhara.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the moment, all we have is a license that is unusable.

Thanks in advance,
Vinayaga

Just to add information, the project seems to be currently linked to:

not sure what you are seeing on your end
like
if your concrete5 site is connected to the community or not?

but you can change licenses and project website in your members area - you can even unlink your licenses from the project and then be allowed to download the package to install it manually until you fix the issues .. this is all done in your members area and not on the purchasing page

The concrete5 site is connected to the community via the link I mentioned above. It is possibly owned by the person who designed this 2 years back.

I need to figure a way to link this to the organization id (login id : snehadhara) so that I can buy a few more themes and sliders.

But it does not look like help is coming on this front and Im not buying anything till the project is associated with the right login.

More importantly, whoever owned this project in the past is no longer traceable. So we are stuck and not able to link the site to our login.

That is where we need help in the backend.

Bump.

Guys, we really need help having this fixed in the background to have our account linked to this project. Else we cannot purchase any more themes and add-ons.

If you have ftp access to the site you can download the foundation package and manually upload it to the site by dropping the unzipped package into your root/packages folder. Then install it through the dashboard.
