Random Page Not Found Errors

Hello! I am having alot of problems recently with my version of Concrete5 8, where if I click on to login, go to a page, go to the dashboard/settings, it just goes to a "Page Not Found" page and I will have to keep refreshing the page in hope that it sill find it. Any advice would help! Thanks!
