Serious New Issues with Menus?

I launched a new C5 site in August and for the most part things have worked well, even after upgrading to v5.6. But now crazy gremlins are appearing, with the Site Name (logo) swapping back to a prior version of its own accord; overall page permissions changing with no one doing so manually; and the weirdest, Dashboard menus are now impossible to read or use, as in the attached image!
The site ishttp://www.homestaynetwork.com, and I would be so grateful for some help here. Both the client and I are at wits end (and I see a No Turnaround Sign just ahead).

I'm wondering if your CSS is controlling the C5 UI. Trying commenting out the CSS file in the header and see if that fixes your problem real quick.
I've seen this before and it turned out to be 'Google Pagespeed' service enabled on your server. There should be an option in your Control Panel to turn it off.
