Somehow I ended up with two sites when there should only be one

My project page lists two sites.
One for jhoski.com
and one forhttp://www.jhoski.com
These are supposed to be the same location. The home page is also different depending upon which URL I use. Theme add-ons are all on the jhoski.com project but the other add-ons are onhttp://www.jhoski.com
How do I sort this out so its only one project, prefereably the jhoski.com one, and not have it happen again?
