Stacks not working after upgrading to v8+

After upgrading to v8, my stacks function is not working properly. I cannot successfully add a pagelist block. I get the following error message:

Entity of type 'Concrete\Core\Entity\File\File' for IDs fID(72) was not found

What is causing this, and how can I fix this?!

I am not a developer.

Here is my environment:

For anyone who might have this same problem...

For me, there was a corrupt page (maybe it got corrupt during the upgrade process), but it was causing the pagelist not to save in a new (or existing) stack and it threw that error message. Once I deleted the offending page and made a new one, it all worked just fine!
