Structura Theme - after installation appearence

I have recently purchased a license for the Structura theme. I don't have FTP access for my hosting - I had to use Cpanel to upload the theme to my sites root/packages. I installed it, but it looks like something is quite wrong. Please have a look:

Any ideas on what to do?

You need to install and activate the theme with the 'Dashboard' - 'Extend concrete5' option.

I did install it through the dashboard. I made a point of saying I used Cpanel to move the themes folder onto the server in case somebody could identify this as being a problem...

Still no luck. May need to do a complete C5 re-install.

You have installed the theme, but have you activated it?
Go to dashboard/pages/themes/ and activate the theme from there

Yes its installed and activated - this is how it was discovered to be broken, so its not to do with the install. Looks like the file permissions aren't set properly. This is evident using inspector. The base.css and pretttphoto.css are showing Zero rules with an explanation I have no access to these files on the server.

Going to try changing permissions in Cpanel. We shall see..
