Text-only-page after Installation

After installing concrete5 I only see the text and images of my testsite.
The path in config/site.php look like this:
define('BASE_URL', 'http://concrete.test:8888');
define('DIR_REL', 'http://concrete.test:8888');
Tried to set DIR_REL to a subdirectory, but then the links are broken too.
Some idea what I got wrong?
