I can not load themes got an error that I should download them manual this is the latest version which I installed manual

In the test version I installed it with plesk in that version downloading themes was no problem
anyone an idea

I removed concrete5 and downloaded the latest version and installed this manual I think it is working correct now.

The only problem now i:

I bought a theme paid for it see it in the project asign it but I can not download it
