There are already 103 tables in this database ?

I am trying to install concrete5 but i get this error message: "There are already 103 tables in this database. concrete5 must be installed in an empty database."
How can this be when I have not startet yet! I just opend the database from my webhost. The tables must come with the program Concrete5 ? And how do i recognize this files? Are they in the library files? If I am to delete it, do I delete all files from condrete5 or only some? I am new in this and calling from Norway so mye english maybe; not so good :-) somebody who can help me please :-)

It sounds like you have an existing database that is being used for something other than concrete?
Or, Possibly your host has already installed concrete for you?
