"Third party libraries not installed." after upgrade to 5.7.3

Help! I just upgraded from version 5.7.1 to 5.7.3 and all of a sudden the only thing the site returns is "Third party libraries not installed. Make sure that composer has required libraries in the concrete/ directory."

Anyone any ideas how to solve this? Quickly...?

Did you upgrade by overwriting the /concrete directory or by putting the files into the /upgrades directory on your server? It seems like it's looking in the wrong concrete directory for the third party libraries

Hi Hutman,

Thank you very much for your reply. I just downloaded everything from the dashboard and then clicked the "install" button and then it got stuck in this error.

I managed to fix it by removing the downloaded upgrade from the update folder and also removing the upgrade.php from the config directory. Then I followed the "manually upgrade" procedure by placing the concrete-only directory in the upgrade folder. Then, when I clicked the "install" button in the dashboard, the upgrade luckily went fine.

I think what happened is that the downloaded update was incomplete.

Thanks again! I really appreciate your quick response.

Pascal.
