Transferring an existing blog to C5

Hi all,
I currently have a blog with Squarespace. I'm starting a new website here at C5 and am having difficulty finding any information on how to transfer a blog to C5. I am beginning to wonder if this is even possible? I would hate to start from scratch and lose all of my posts!
