Trouble with installation

I'm trying to install Concrete5 in a /c5 folder on my website. I believe I'm doing everything correctly, and the database gets populated, but I also get this error at the end of the process:

mysql error: [1062: Duplicate entry 'Guest' for key 'gName'] in EXECUTE("insert into Groups (gName, gDescription) values ('Guest', 'The guest group represents unregistered visitors to your site.')")

I'm not sure what it means, but I do know that I can't get past the Installation page. The admin user is present in the Users table. Can you give me some help or guidance? Thank you.

I would create a new blank database on your host and download a new copy of concrete5 and start over completely.

I also suggest uploading the concrete zip file to the /c5 folder and let your host unzip (expand) it once it's up there. You do this in your host's File Manager. This way you avoid having errors introduced while uploading all those individual files.

The same thing is happening to me. I've installed quite a number of C5 instances before and have never seen this error. I'm sure I personally did everything correctly (not to say that there are plenty of computer glitches that may or may not have happened on my server's side). But it does make me wonder if my host (Godaddy) just doesn't like the newest version of C5 or something, as it installed previous versions without issue. I'm waiting for the whole thing to reinstall now.....
