new install C5 version 5.6.2.1

I just installed a copy of 5.6.2.1 on a new site via scripts at my host (stormweb.ca; softaculous).
when I go to my url ( thenewguild.ca), all I get is a blank page with the word concrete at the top, the nag divider and the normal footer

This is what I take as the basic site on which I build. There wasn't an option for site with templates and etc. Any way to install that at this point?

When you install C5 you have 2 options with or without content. What that means is with or without text content, some images...
All the free stock themes and blocks however are always included, just not applied.
You need to login and go to your dashboard under the sections "themes" and "install" to see all that.
