Trying to reinstall page list core block

I copied from base / concrete/blocks to the root folder blocks, and I get an error when trying to access the dashboard area for add ons


Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class PageListBlockController in /usr/apache/html/dtv/concrete5.4.2.1/blocks/page_list/controller.php on line 198


I need to reinstall the page list core block , but can't seem to get it to reinstall :(

Any help would be appreciated
