Two projects listed for same site.

My project page lists two sites.
One for jhoski.com
and one forhttp://www.jhoski.com
These are really the same location. The home page is also different depending upon which URL I use. Theme add-ons are all on the jhoski.com project but the other add-ons are onhttp://www.jhoski.com
How do I sort this out so its only one project, prefereably the jhoski.com one, and not have it happen again?

Turning off and clearing cache should resolve the difference in pages (then turn cache back on), but you should add or modify your .htaccess to fix the problem.
Also, I noticed a Huge speed difference in site speed when I upgraded to the newest release (5.6.1)
