unable to connect database with install

Hi, i am new to Concrete5 and have a little problem with installing concrete5.
I have installed a Wamp server.
I have followed the tut on this website:
http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/designers/installing...

But with the last field - i have followed exactly like it was explained but i got the next message:
"Unable to connect to database"

How can i solve this problem?
if you want to have more info please let me know, i am working on it for hours now and it is a bit frustrating....

I can't see your attachment, can you re attach or describe the error you are getting.

Has anything been filled in on your site.php file in /config folder?

Also I have just noticed that part of that tute may be wrong.

print("lower_case_table_names=0");

is incorrect, I think it is just

lower_case_table_names=0

I have no idea where the print part is coming from.
