Offline? Unable to connect to database.????

It worked last night, I have not logged in since. I've checked my dreamhost panel and my DB is still there.

How do I go about checking why this is doing this?

Please help, A lot of info on this site I need.

EDIT:
I keep seeing mention of "config/site.php" for my db information.. I do not have these files. Under teh main Config folder I only have 3 files... site_install, site_install_user and site_theme_paths

The concrete/config/ folder has more files but none are site.php??
