Unable to install database: simplexml_load_file()

Permalink
Hi,

I have a Centos 7 box with Apache 2.4.6, Mariadb 5.5.52, php 5.4.16 and I can't seem to install Concrete5 5.7.5.13. Both 'www' and 'concrete5' are owned by 'user' and belong to group 'apache' with group and owner write permissions. I am able to connect to the database via command line. Any ideas why this is failing?

Thanks!

Never mind. I upgraded PHP and installed 8.1.0.
