Unexpected Error default.php Not Found and cannot enter my website!

Hello I have got into a spot of hot water! (Appreciate this is in forums but have not found anyone who could not access their website to fix code)

Recently tried to upgrade Silence theme and the upgrade did not complete. Unable to access my website whatsoever. The website returns the following message: An Unexpected Error Occurred; File /home/sites/santoriniescapes.com/public_html/packages/theme_silence/themes/silence/default.php not found. All themes need default.php and view.php files in them. Consult concrete5 documentation on how to create these files.

Please help, how do I access my website, given that any attempt I have made to enter returns this error message? Do I access through cpanel and ask my hosting company? Should I find a developer who understands these things?

I am happy to search documentation and forums and try to fix, but when I cannot access my website, I am unable to do anything it seems!

Many thanks for all advice received.

Thanks
Stelios (newbie, perhaps obvious from question!)

to fix this, copy one of the other page types in that folder, such as left_sidebar.php, and name it default.php

Hopefully does the trick.

You will need to access the site through your cPanel and find the option where you can view your website files. Then in the /home/sites/santoriniescapes.com/public_html/packages/theme_silence/themes/silence/ directory as enlil said copy one of the existing templates to be default.php
