Update to 5.5

Hello,

I was going to update my site to 5.5 but says no updates available?

Also 5.5 is not available at dreamhost.com they continue to offer the last release. My idea was to make up a new site using 5.5 from start.

I would say that 5.5 is a soft launch right now. Although its available through concrete5.org right now, 5.4.2.2 is still listed as the "stable" release. This is not an accident. 5.5 is likely stable and is definitely fully functional, but less "bleeding edge" users would probably do well to wait a couple weeks before upgrading.
