Updated version through Simple Scripts but it is still showing old version under Concrete5

Hi Does anyone know why when I update my version through simple scripts it doesn't show the updated version under Concrete5 project page or under the environment on the website even through it is definitely updated on the server. This has happened to a few sites that I have updated...any ideas? Thank you in advance
