Upgrade from 5.4.2.1 to 5.5?

I just saw that 5.5 was out today, and noticed I hadn't upgraded in awhile. So I selected the option to upgrade in the dashboard, and I was upgraded to 5.4.2.1, but in the dashboard it's telling me I have the latest version. Can you upgrade within the dashboard like normal?

Thanks
Chris

Do you still have the same dashboard as 5.4.2.1, or did everything change? I'm thinking you would first need to upgrade to 5.4.2.2 before going to 5.5.

You may want to try clearing your site cache to see if anything changes.

I appreciate the fast reply!

I cleared the cache earlier, and cleared it again just now. It still shows the old dashboard version. When I click to upgrade in the System & Maintenance link, it says, "You are currently up to date!"

Do I need to upgrade to 5.4.2.2 via another method?

I am having the exact same issue. I am currently on 5.4.2.1 and the update page says I'm currently up to date.

You need to upgrade to 5.4.2.2 first. Mine did the same, telling me up to date when I was running 5.4.2.1. Just grab concrete5.4.2.2.zip and copy the concrete folder it contains over the concrete folder in /updates/concrete5.4.2.1 folder.

Then complete the upgrade by visiting the link below:-

http://www.yoursite.com/index.php/tools/required/upgrade...

Once that's done you can repeat the process with Concrete5 v5.5.0

Don't forget your backups before you do this.

Hope that helps

Thank you. This was the best answer and it worked. It seems many people were just telling everybody to replace the concrete directory from sites root directory!!!
