upgrade from 5.6.1.1 breaks theme

I upgraded from 5.6.1.1 to 5.6.1.2 and then our theme doesn't seem to work any more so I have to roll back. I can't just change the dir in site.php because going back to 5.6.1.1 that way, theme is still broken.
What only helps is rolling back on a previous backup for the whole site.

Any help? I've tried clearing cache, turning off cache, applying theme. installing theme.

Min rekommendation är att du anger 
<?php echo $this->getThemePath(); ?>/main.css


Av någon anledning (kommer inte ihåg just nu) så fungerar inte getStyleSheet riktigt tillförlitligt längre.
