Upgrade gone wrong

I just tried the auto-update from 8.1 to 8.2.1. That did not work, and now the site is dead. I saw the solution to alter a line in Fix #5811
https://github.com/concrete5/concrete5/pull/5843/files...

Cause the symptoms I got indicated that this was the fix for this problem. After altering the lines I got a little further. To this:

An exception occurred while executing 'ALTER TABLE Files ADD CONSTRAINT FK_C7F46F5DFD71026C FOREIGN KEY (uID) REFERENCES Users (uID) ON DELETE SET NULL': SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1142 REFERENCES command denied to user 'udmyes232084'@'apache14.ilait.se' for table 'Users'

Any ideas on what to do now?

Thanks!

I got it up and working again.

Deleted the update.php from /config and no harm done... I think.
Noticed that there has been some buggy versions lately.
Shouldn't those versions be taken down? More harm then good.

What is the good action to update 8.3.1 > 8.3.2
When I download 8.3.2, do I must put all in "update" and after, use the dashbord action ?
I can't found explication about that.

Thank you
