Upgrade to Version 8 'finfo' error on login page

Hello, need help with upgrade and login version 8.1.0
I have upgraded to 8.1.0 through Cpanel and I believe there was an error upon upgrading. However, I was able to login to dashboard. I did try to upload a photo and it seems after that I am unable to access my login page and my website is off. When I type in my web address I get a page that states: An unexpected error occurred. Class 'finfo' not found. <Back to Home button, does nothing. Can someone help?
