Upgrade to 5.2-Exit Edit mode hangs

I upgraded to 5.2 from 5.2.0RC1 (I believe that is the last release). When I edit a page, any page, and then "Exit Edit Mode" it hangs indefinately. I am using Opera or Firefox 3 on Ubuntu LAMP 8.04.
Any thoughts?

I also had this problem after upgrade. Clearing the cache fixed mine too. I've noticed that cache clearing has fixed other problems with upgrading in the past...perhaps this should be part of the upgrade process?
I have the same problem after upgrade (from 5.0.0 to 5.2.1). But, how do I clear the cache?
Well, I first posted the question, then looked for the answer and found it. I cleared the directory /files/cache from all its files, that didn't help. Then I deleted the cache-directory, created a new one and changed its permissions to 777 and that helped.
A noticed that the original directory had the permissions 755. Could the problem be the access rights to the directory?

goto dashboard -> settings -> debug <clear cache>
Should have done that from the get go.
