When trying to perform the upgrade, I've followed the upgrade procedure, get to the upgrade page, click the "upgrade" button, it appears to process, gives me a completely blank page and just sits there. When I go back to the site, it hasn't done anything and is still prompting me to upgrade to the new version. My DB user has full rights, so it shouldn't be problems with the "index" rights. Any ideas?
