Webpage empty

I set up C5 a long time ago, to test it out.
Now I'm at it again, but the webpage is empty.
I suspect it has to do with either the version of something or a certificate issue.

If it's been a long while, it's possible your web host stopped supporting an older version of PHP, which would cause an older version of Concrete to stop working. You may need to find out what version of PHP your web host currently supports, and use a newer version of C5.

Yep, that's what I suspect.
phpMyAdmin says "PHP-version: 7.3.27"
It also says that SSL isn't being used

Would the upgrade method of replacing the concrete dir work, or would I have to upgrade in steps?
I have no add-ons or themes as far as I remember, just a little bit of data.
I have 5.6.3.1 now

That method will not work without running the site up on an older php version.

Will the tools here workhttps://www.concrete5.org/index.php?cID=710973... ?
And if so, is there information somewhere on how to use them?

You need to be running on 5.6.4.0 for the legacy migration tool to work.
If you want someone to upgrade your site to run on php7, send me a PM
