Which is best version of Linux to use for Ver. 8

I am setting up a new cloud server for hosting my Concrete5 v8 websites, the provider offers several versions of Linux Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian. Which is the best version?

They should all work.

However I've only ever used linux.

Don't think there will be much difference, probably more preference. Do pick an LTS (long term support) version though, so you know you will have support for the version of OS you are using. Will save you some trouble!
