Can someone point me to an actual live working site using language switch?

I just can't get it to work. Maybe I expect too much. Thanks.

Rony,

Thanks for the link. It is something I like. Now the question is how. Here is what I did:

1. Set up sitemap like this:

Home
- language 1
- 1.1
- 1.2
- 1.2.1
- 1.2.2
- language 2
- 2.1
- 2.2

2. Follow the instruction to add languages and select default language (1)
3. Follow the instruction to add switch block

Here is what I get:

1. The nav bar shows only two items, one for each language
2. All sub menus are displayed underneath respective language
3. When clicking on the switch button just makes the corresponding language top menu appear highlighted.

Have I missed some steps?

Here are what I like to have:

1. Only shows one set of menu for one language
2. 1.1, 1.2, .... 2.1, 2.2, .... level menus show on the nav bar, and lower levels show underneath.

I shall appreciate it very much if you could help me to set this up.

Thank you.

Hi Paul,
I'm sure there's several ways to get the result you want... I did the following onhttp://www.packerbrothers.com/

Language1 and Language2 I excluded from navigation and added a subpage named "Home" that linked back to them.
Then I set my Navigation to display "all" underneath.
By doing that, my menu shows the "Home" and the other pages on that level.
Home
-language1
--external link named "Home" pointed at Language1
__1.1
__1.2

etc.

let me know if this helps you out

(edit: Just added a screen clip of my sitemap)
