It is not possible to setup the output of a page type for an other language

Maybe I overlooked something. But it is not possible to activate a block in the settings page types -> output for pages in another language. This is only possible in the standard language. Now to my question: How do I activate in a pagetype a block, which should apply to all languages? I am currently using Concrete5 8.1. I am looking forward to your feedback. Thank you very much
It is a functionality you can access from your dashboard at /dashboard/system/multilingual/setup
