Making & adapting the changes in all version

Hi,

for a french company, i brought few changes on the french version (box elements, job elements...) but the changes don't appear on english version. I'm afraid to have to rebuild everything with the new box elements on this new version...

Is there any way to make the changes automatically?

I tried to go in the dashboard of the admin to "Multilingual setting" and to "Copy trees for multilingual management" from FR to ENG but nothing change.

Please need help!
