Show environment info always in English?

Hello everybody
I suggested to the core team to always show in English the Environment Info (available in Dashboard > System & Settings > Environment).
IMHO the environment info is used mainly when discussing about bugs and other core-related things.
Furthermore it contains quite technical info, so we assume that technician are familiar with English.
Finally the strings to be translated are quite hard to translate for translators that don't have a sufficient technical knowledge.
Any thoughts about this?
