Tree not being copied

Hi all! For some reason I keep trying to copy my english tree to another language but nothing happens... I followed the instructions from the video , cleared cache in case... still don't know what might be going wrong ? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

Any fix for this?

This has just happened to me. Copying from British English to Russian and nothing happens.
