Adding administration rights

The guy that originally set up our website didn't give administrator rights to all of the functions and now he is no longer available and changes need to be made. I am looking for someone that can do this for me.

If you have access to the database through phpMyAdmin or something similar on your host you could go into the Users table and change the admin user's email address then go through the Forgot Password steps to retain SuperUser access.

If you don't have access to that there are a few other things to try, I could help you out with them.
