C5 developer wanted: Facebook login and account merge

Looking for an experienced developer to install a Facebook login onto the homepage of my website.

The login should look elegant, be easy to use for the visitor to the site. It should also be shown as the higher button when using a mobile device.

If it is their first login with Facebook they should be given the option to merge with their email if they already have a matching account. Both logins should continue to work from there for the same account.
For first time registrations the user will need to add in their address as the only additional information. This is so they can post ads on the website and have full functionality.
Open to ideas or better solutions if you have suggestions. Basically I do not want duplicate accounts and I want the Facebook login to be as easy as possible.
Once logged in with Facebook the account should be exactly the same as the current login/functions/user dashboard.

Websites I like which do this are Fiverr and Bikeexchange.com.au so please use them and
the attached powerpoint mockup as an example of what I am after for the design.

This work could lead to more if you are the right candidate and produce good outcomes.

If you are interested email me at [email protected] with at least two examples of Facebook logins you have completed and a minimum of two website owners emails you have worked for before.

Look forward to hearing from you,
